Plumbing & Drainage Act 2002

The P&D Act 2002 requires that certain forms must be submitted to your local Council when installing an on-site wastewater treatment system.

Once you have accepted our quotation, you will need to complete Forms 1 & 2 and submit them to your local Council (if you haven't already done so) which we can assist you with. 

Your Council will also require a completed Form 7 indicating our details as the responsible person for the construction of the disposal area, which we will provide to them.
