Plumbing & Drainage Act 2002

If you haven't already done so, once you have accepted our quotation you will need to complete Form 1 (which we can help you with) and submit it to your local Council. 

Your Council will also require a completed Form 7 indicating our details as the responsible person for the construction of the disposal area, which we will provide to them.

P&D Act Form 7 Notification of Responsible Person
Indicates the details of the person responsible for constructing the disposal area for the wastewater treatment system. We will provide this completed form to Council once you have accepted our quotation.

Once the disposal area has been constructed, your Council will require Form 8 Notice of Compliance to be submitted.

We will complete our part of the form and then forward it to your Geotech Engineer to sign off and return to us for submission to Council.
